Please peruse our resently updated evidence (really proof) of the Government backed Feltex IPO robbery. Click here.

We are getting near the end of our investigation into the 2004 Feltex IPO. We are very slow in coming to our conclusions. Most accountants have concluded what we now conclude many years ago but they are not prepared to publicly declare their findings or do anything about it. A good number of them are wrapped up in it and are liable for jail. Some might have been tricked into going along with it but that does not excuse them from declaring what is going on when they find out about it. Of course there no doubt is a lot of obstacles way but they are obliged to make an effort. We would like to think we will be like an icebreaker which although not the fastest to the ice will keep on going, but we don't know what is in store and don't claim to be brave. We needs others to join in.

The Feltex IPO is a conspiracy of the two main political parties primarily for the purpose of continuing their domination of the NZ political scene particularly in the light of the advent of MMP which presumably they felt that they could not stop. Support for the National Party had fallen quite low at the 2002 election and perhaps there were fears of a mass desertion. A rather racist Orewa speech by its new leader Don Brash in early 2004 lifted the ratings but perhaps the Feltex IPO robbery was already cemented by then.

There seems little doubt that the two party leaders Helen Clark and Don Brash were in a position to veto the robbery plan and it would not have gone ahead without their tacit approval. They hence will have the greatest responsibility for it even although they might not have been the prime instigators. Eion Edgar who received a top award at the time which he later converted to a knighthood was and is obviously up to his neck in it. The bringing back of knighthoods was probably to enhance the cover-up operation. It is a sign worldwide of a quite immature nation.

Likewise our high medals per capita status degrades us. Some of us might go around skiting the thinkers of the world know full well that cheating is involved. This terrible cheating and robbing will be exposed within 30 years. It is best that it is done right now and the culprits jailed so that we can resume our high integrity status. Journalists have a special responsibility in this area.

The research obviously indicated that Olympic success was very important with respect to how this nation felt about itself. But there is absolutely no excuse for robbing the hard working lower middle classes.

We would like now to discuss the death of David Gaynor. The Chief Coroner has released a report on the death . We don't know if it is his final report, but regardless it lacks teeth. We wrote to the coroners about the connect of the Feltex IPO to the deaths of Paul Wilson and David Gaynor and we received a reply from Judge McLean, the Chief Coroner on 30 August 2011 saying . "Could you please note that I will not be doing anything about the issues you raised. They are irrelevant and misconceived. Please do not trouble either myself or the Ministry of Justice with anything further of this nature".

We say he has a duty to fully determine the cause of this death. His report says that David had no adverse events in the days up to that of his school ball and his family and friends had never known him to exhibit signs of depression. Well that may be so but it remains to be explained why he has taken a large dose of alcohol in combination with at least two illegal drugs, despite no doubt warnings from his school and elsewhere of the folly of such behaviour. While it is always dangerous to take drugs in such a manner it is unlikely to result in the immediate death of a well adjusted youth. We say there is more to it than natural youth immaturity. We say the evidence is that such youth are likely to have been the victims of child abuse. While it would be right to tread lightly if the abuse is likely to have come from somewhat eccentric family members we say that that was not the case here. This was largely unpreventable side effects from the actions of some sort of highly illegal Gestapo who's job it was to ensure that the Feltex IPO robbery was not exposed. We say the death of Paul Wilson about three months before David's exhibits similar traits.

David's father had earlier made mention that David was not a particularly bright student. We think this was probably a slight understatement. He would appear to has a background which would make him a bright student. This is further evidence that something abnormal has happened.

Despite holding a "it was the brooze and drugs that did it" line the judge makes no attempt to condemn the adults who supplied the 17 year old with liquour via their hosting of "pre ball" functions. There liquour was apparently there and one could help oneself. David drove a car to these functions and was allowed to drive away again. Supplying 17 year olds with liquour should be a major offence. We understand that one of the pre-ball hosts was Craig Norgate, the one time Young Accountant of the Year who manipulated Dairy Company payouts to become the initial CEO of the country's biggest company Fonterra for a term after which he seems to have been unwanted by the company so he went in big in the farm servicing industry and lost a lot of peoples money there in his efforts to be top dog. He now sits on the NZICA executive board along with Elizabeth Hickey who as auditor knowingly allowed the Bank of New Zealand overstate its profit by about $100m in 1990 and Neil Paviour-Smith the Managing Director of Forsyth Barr who knowing went along with the robbing of amateur investors of $250m in the Feltex IPO which we concern ourselves with. Its an awesome line-up of crooks.

The school should be prosecuting Norgate if Judge McLean will not suggest that the police do so. Its job is to create a relatively safe environment for it pupils to grow up in, not to blame everything on the pupils themselves. Its failure to hold a ball this year is a cop-out. Social skills are important.

Anyway this judge has done nothing right with respect to the David Gaynor death so far. He has got to investigate the Feltex IPO connection.

We wish to again mention the crooked actions of the Electoral Commission in not treating John Banks as a constituency candidate for the National Party. National supported his election by way of the tea party and the behaviour of the candidate National nominated who was "going for the party vote". The memory impaired candidate was clearly the constituency candidate who stood for the National Party and as a result National should have one less MP (Cam Calder out) and Labour one more (Carol Beaumont in). That would probably stop the asset sales program. There are only three people on the Electoral Commission. It is chaired by another judge would you believe. It is one big joke. Parties with blue ribbon seats can get extra MPs supporting them by getting their members to vote for a friend who they did not nominate. That is not what the law provides for and these people are not doing their job.

Well the latest list of Sirs and Dames is out. We have particular contempt for Dame Beverley who seems to just do what those who appointed her tell her to do. She wriggles out of investigating the Feltex IPO. And Sir Michael is no doubt in on that scam. He is the great historian who once reminded the Queen and New Zealanders of the Queens visit here as Princess Elizabeth, before she commenced her lengthy reign. A good time was had by all apparently. There are some decent people who get these titles but they should not buy into it.
